SteamCMD is a command line version of the main Steam Client. Although I'm not using a true terminal server, I'm treating my desktop as one. In which case it makes sense to use SteamCMD.

There doesn't appear to be a way of redeeming products in SteamCMD. Listings need to be added through the main Steam client, the website or assigned by a Steam admin.
